BarTending

A bartender is someone who serves beverages behind a licensed bar to paying customers. Bars, pubs, taverns, nightclubs and other such places are workstation. The bartender mixes and serves drinks, and the majority of drinks a bartender is making contain alcohol, such as beer, wine, liquor, liqueur,cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages for customers. As well as make and serve drinks, the bartender is also responsible for taking payment for drinks, keep the liquor supplies and glassware stocked, keep the bar area clean, maintain enough ice and garnishes on hand and serve food to customers sitting at the bar.

Barista

A barista is a person who prepares and serves espresso-based coffee drinks with a high level of skill in making espresso shots and espresso drinks. Beyond making espresso, baristas also generally foam, froth and steam milk to make a wide range of espresso-based drinks and prepare coffee drinks, such as French press, pour over and drip coffee. FCIBBW offers a barista training courses, they are usually learned on the job from longstanding employees. Many baristas alumni take great pride in their skills and spend years honing specific techniques for crafting perfect drinks.
