Coffee lovers, rejoice! Scientists have unlocked the key to creating consistently tasty cups of espresso.
Researchers at the University of Oregon in the US focussed on the process of grinding coffee beans and the brewing method.
“One day you might have a good cup of coffee and the next day you might not. From a scientific perspective, it has always puzzled me why we could not do the same thing twice,” said Christopher H Hendon from the University of Oregon.
